01How to delete your account

1. Open olly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Me tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when you are asked.

Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get back in, then delete your account as above. To protect you, we cannot delete an account on someone’s behalf without them signing in to it first.

Guest accounts, used without signing up, are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created.

02What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. As soon as you confirm, we remove:

• your profile — name, email and preferences;
• every recipe, cookbook, tag and menu you created;
• your shopping lists and shopping history;
• the recipe photos you uploaded;
• your subscription record in our systems.

03What is kept

An item you added to a shopping list that belongs to someone else stays on their list; it is simply no longer linked to you. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to stop future payments.
