01Who we are

olly is provided by Buzl Studio, established in the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42078842, VAT number NL005477648B36. You can reach us at support@buzlstudio.com.

02What olly does

olly saves recipes from posts and videos you share with it, and from photos and text you add. It uses AI to read ingredients and steps, and helps you organise recipes, plan meals and build shopping lists.

03Accounts

• You can use olly as a guest or with an account. A guest account needs no email address, but it is deleted automatically 7 days after it is created, together with everything in it, unless you create an account before then.
• An account keeps your content and lets you use it on more than one device. Keep your sign-in details secure and don’t share them.
• You must be at least 13 to use olly. If you are under 16, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

04Pro subscription

• olly has a free tier with limits, and a Pro subscription that removes or raises them. The current limits are shown in the app.
• Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, and paid through your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• To manage or cancel: on iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play app › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your olly account does not cancel a subscription.
• Apple or Google is the seller of the subscription. Their terms apply to the purchase, including refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal, and refund requests go to them.
• If the price changes, Apple or Google will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

05Your content

• What you add to olly stays yours. You let us store, process and display it only as needed to run olly for you — and, on lists you share, for the people you share them with.
• Recipes read from other people’s posts remain the work of their creators. olly keeps a link to the source; use what you save for your own, non-commercial cooking.
• Only import or share content you have the right to use.

06Acceptable use

Don’t use olly for anything unlawful; don’t share content on lists that infringes other people’s rights or is abusive; don’t try to access other people’s data or disrupt the service; don’t reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it; and don’t send automated or excessive requests.

07AI-generated content

Recipes, ingredient lists, nutrition estimates and other content olly generates can be wrong or incomplete. Always check allergens, dietary information, quantities and cooking temperatures yourself — especially if you have allergies or medical dietary needs.

08Availability and changes to olly

We work to keep olly running, but can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will tell you in advance.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on generated content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10Ending use

You can stop using olly and delete your account at any time from the app — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before any significant change takes effect; if you don’t agree, you can stop using olly and delete your account.

12App Store

If you got olly from Apple’s App Store: these terms are between you and Buzl Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for olly or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it, including product-liability, consumer-protection and third-party intellectual-property claims. If olly fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of restricted parties.

13Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law lets you bring them in your own country. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly by email.
